Select a layer to move, resize, rotate, edit, or delete it. Undo can restore an accidentally removed layer.
Choose PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, or ZIP. Completed captures remain in local history until you delete them.
Troubleshooting
Chrome does not allow extensions to capture protected pages such as chrome:// URLs, the Chrome Web Store, browser settings, or some built-in PDF viewers. Open a normal HTTP or HTTPS webpage and try again.
Scroll through the page once so its lazy-loaded content appears. In extension Settings, increase the delay between scroll steps, then capture again.
The extension suppresses most fixed and sticky elements automatically. Complex pages may recreate those elements while scrolling; closing banners or floating widgets before capture usually produces the cleanest result.
Infinite feeds can grow forever, so capture stops after the page stops making meaningful progress or reaches its safety limit. Collapse extra content or use a shorter page state when possible.
Chrome and the operating system limit maximum canvas dimensions and memory. Extremely tall pages are split automatically to preserve the capture instead of failing.
Same-origin frames and compatible scrollable regions can be expanded for capture. Some cross-origin frames use browser or site restrictions that prevent DOM expansion, although their visible pixels can still appear in the screenshot.
Finish drawing, then drag inside the selected shape. Use its edge or corner handles to resize and the top handle to rotate. Press Escape or click the red × to cancel the current action or delete the active layer.
Double-click the text directly on the canvas. You can also select its layer and use the available text-editing control.
Keep the editor tab focused and click Copy PNG again. Browser or operating-system privacy settings can prevent clipboard writing in some environments; downloading the PNG is the reliable fallback.
Chrome controls the final download location. Check Chrome's Downloads page and its download settings. Auto-save routing uses a folder inside Chrome's configured download directory.
Open chrome://extensions, choose this extension's Details page, and enable “Allow access to file URLs” if you want to capture eligible local HTML files.
Open History and choose Clear all. Removing the extension also removes its extension-managed local database, while files you previously downloaded remain under your control.
Contact zeroboolean through the publisher website and include the page type, Chrome version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send sensitive screenshots.
